I truly felt they made this whole entire process so much easier for our family. Prior to putting our house on the market, we sat down to review the selling price. We couldn't believe how a little paint color, new carpet, and fixtures increased the sales price. We were super excited at that point! They also helped us through the journey of finding our forever home. They worked around our family's schedule and always made themselves available when a new listing hit the market. Sean and Blanca made us feel at ease from the start with their welcoming smiles and easygoing personalities. They make a great team and complement each other well with their own strengths. We learned to appreciate them even more when we learned about their experience, having personally moved themselves a couple of years prior and expertise in realty through the years. We felt like they understood how it can be emotionally draining to move from a home you’ve had a part of your life for many many years and to start fresh in a new home. We really appreciate how flexible they have been to be available even at the last minute when houses we wanted to look at became available, they were willing to work with our schedule. We felt that Sean and Blanca looked at homes through an objective lens and helped us make the best decision for us. It is easy to get caught up in things you like about a house without seeing the things that could be a potential problem and they were able to help us see the whole picture of houses we were considering which was very helpful. Additionally, there are two things that were the cream on top so to speak of little perks of working with them. First of all they use high-quality (magazine quality) photos and made our home look so great! I was blown away by the offers we received which ended up being $20000 more than what I had thought was the ceiling for the sale of our home. I really felt the pictures they took made a huge difference in the amount of showings we had and the numerous offers we received. Secondly, they gave us a choice of awesome closing gifts which I am sure other realtors cannot match! I would highly recommend Sean and Blanca to any of my friends and family and I hope I don’t have to move for a long long time but if I do it’s nice to know who my team is going to be.
